Join our team for the International Chat Process with US Telecom as a Chat Process Specialist. - Utilise your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Demonstrate proficient typing speed to maintain fast and efficient chat conversations while accurately documenting customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and timely support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise chat processes and enhance overall customer experience.





Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international tech chat support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient typing speed to maintain efficient chat conversations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and multitask effectively.
- Robust problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
