Job Opening: International Business Development Manager — Furniture & Kitchen Hardware

Tono Systems manufactures motorized TV lifts, lifting systems, and pop-up cable cubbies that integrate into kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, tables, and modular furniture. With shipments to 100 countries and growing inbound demand from furniture manufacturers worldwide, we are hiring an International Business Development Manager to lead this expansion.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and convert inbound international enquiries from kitchen cabinet manufacturers, furniture OEMs, and modular interior brands
- Identify, appoint, and grow distributors and OEM accounts in priority export markets (Middle East, USA, Southeast Asia, Australia)
- Own export operations: pricing, documentation, freight coordination, and payment terms




- Develop the furniture-integration product line into a core revenue vertical

Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in furniture hardware, fittings, or kitchen systems sales (experience with brands like Hafele, Hettich, Blum, or Ebco preferred)
- Established network among furniture OEMs, modular kitchen companies, or interior contractors
- Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
