International Business Coordinator – Pharma Exports
Coordinate international pharma and nutraceutical exports.
Handle export documentation, invoices, packing lists, COA, MSDS/SDS, SLI, and regulatory documents.
Coordinate with international clients, CHA, freight forwarders, airlines, and suppliers.
Manage shipment planning, customs clearance, DG/non-DG requirements, and logistics.
Support product registration and regulatory documentation for international markets.
Coordinate with production, QA, warehouse, and accounts for timely order execution.
Handle client communication, quotations, follow-ups, and shipment tracking.
