Responsibilities

- Recruit for entry-level profiles in operations, sales, marketing and software development.

- Stakeholder management - collecting hiring requirements from senior management, creating job descriptions, setting up recruitment workflow, completing post hiring documentation.

- Campus Hiring - Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies across colleges and universities.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with campus placement cells, faculty, and students.

- Manage pre-placement talks, screening tests, interviews, and offer processes for campus hires.

- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective tracking and reporting.

- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- A Graduate in HR Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)



with excellence in academics.

- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking and campus engagement.

- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms.
