Role & responsibilities

Customer Database Management:

- Assist in maintaining customer, plant, lane, volume, and rate databases.

- Support data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

- Help generate customer and network reports and insights.

Route Mapping & Network Management:

- Support the development and maintenance of origin-destination lane and route maps.

- Assist in analyzing distance, travel time, tolls, route feasibility, and vehicle suitability.

- Help identify opportunities for route optimization, reduced empty kilometers, and improved utilization.

Revenue & Profitability Analysis:

- Support analysis of revenue and profitability by customer, lane, and route.

- Assist in evaluating freight rates, fuel/energy costs, tolls, and utilization.





- Help prepare business cases and ad-hoc analysis for management decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Rate Benchmarking:

- Assist in tracking road freight rates across key corridors.

- Support the maintenance of lane-wise rate benchmarking databases.

- Help analyze market movements to support pricing and RFQs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education/Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or related fields.

- Technical Skills:

- Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

- Exposure to Power BI, route mapping/GIS tools, Transport Management Systems (TMS), or basic SQL.
