Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and socially conscious intern to support the implementation and monitoring of CSR initiatives. The intern will work closely with the CSR team, partner organizations, and community stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation of CSR projects at various locations.
- Conduct field visits and track project progress.
- Coordinate with NGOs, schools, community members, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and maintain project data, beneficiary records, and reports.
- Support the planning and execution of CSR events, campaigns, and volunteering activities.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and status updates.
- Assist in impact assessment and feedback collection from beneficiaries.
- Report field observations and project challenges to the CSR team.
- Document project success stories and outcomes.

Eligibility





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Sustainability, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social impact, community development, and CSR initiatives.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

Compensation The selected candidate will receive a stipend of up to 20,000 per month, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
