Pre-Primary Teacher Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging activities for pre-primary children.
- Teach basic concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
- Ensure the safety, care, and well-being of children.
- Develop children’s communication, social, and motor skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate / NTT / Montessori / ECCE qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and creative approach towards children.
- Ability to manage and engage young learners effectively.
