Proven experience in project management (7-10 years).
Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience in managing projects in a specific industry (e.g., IT, construction, finance).
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects.
Experience with stakeholder management and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or additional certifications in project management is a plus.
