Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced VDI Engineers with strong hands-on experience in virtual desktop environments. Candidates should have good experience in Citrix, along with exposure to Windows 365 and VMware.

Key Skills Required

- Strong hands-on experience in VDI / Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Citrix High-level experience is preferred
- Experience with Windows 365 (W365)
- VMware Moderate level experience
- VDI environment administration, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Virtual desktop provisioning and management
- User/session troubleshooting
- Desktop/application delivery and access troubleshooting
- Experience troubleshooting VDI performance, connectivity and login issues
- Good understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with VDI-related incident and problem management
- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work on L2/L3 VDI issues and coordinate with relevant teams
