Job Description: Finance & Compliance Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled skilled with expertise in Financial Consolidation, FEMA RBI Advisory, Legal Drafting, and Due Diligence. The role involves managing cross-border compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial and legal insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Consolidation: Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- FEMA & RBI Compliance: Advise on foreign exchange transactions, capital account regulations, and RBI reporting requirements.
- Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and compliance documents to safeguard organizational interests.
- Due Diligence: Conduct financial, legal,



and operational due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors to ensure smooth compliance processes.
- Provide strategic inputs on risk management and regulatory changes impacting business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks including FEMA, RBI guidelines, and Companies Act.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation and cross-border compliance.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
