Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of batch packing activities such as Dispensing, Line clearance.
- Responsible for functioning of primary and secondary packing machines as per the SOP/BPR.
- Responsible for preparation & review of BPR as per BOM & Packing Specification.
- Ensuring the availability of serial number in track & trace serialization system.
- Ensuring daily cleaning, machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Handling of Change control related to packing documentation and packing activities.
- Conduct BPR activities, including change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during packaging operations.
- Manage bottling operations, ensuring proper labeling and sealing of bottles.
- Oversee blister packing activities, adhering to OSD standards.
- Coordinate bulk packing operations for primary packaging materials.
