Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience as a Design Manager or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing firm.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Solid leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving common goals.
