- Manage daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate shifts to optimize productivity, minimize downtime, and maintain a high level of safety.
- Oversee vehicle assembly lines, including chassis, trimming, finishing line, TCF (Total Concept Factory), manpower handling, and line balancing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in automobile manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line management, shift planning, line balancing, manpower planning & handling.
- Experience with vehicle assembly processes such as chassis fabrication, trimming & finishing.
