Job Description Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bagru, Jaipur
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (In-Hand)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Work Location: In Person

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Handle machine servicing, repair, fitting, and maintenance activities.
- Inspect motors, sensors, electrical components, and other machine parts.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CNC, VMC, hydraulic systems, and industrial machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential maintenance requirements.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and repairs.




- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth machine operations.
- Follow safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Good knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and related components.
- Good knowledge of industrial machines, motors, sensors, and electrical components.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, CNC, and VMC breakdowns.
- Basic knowledge of machine fitting, servicing, and repair.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
