About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Professional with 1-2 years of experience to support the execution of marketing activities across our business verticals.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to social media, content, digital marketing, campaigns, branding, and lead generation. The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable coordinating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, posting, and coordination.
- Create and coordinate marketing content such as social media posts, blogs, emailers, newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
- Support brand awareness and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and timelines.
- Assist with website content updates, SEO activities, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other internal/external stakeholders.




- Monitor basic campaign and social media performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain marketing calendars and track ongoing marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, exhibitions, partnerships, and other promotional activities.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, and marketing execution.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and lead-generation activities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and engaging marketing content.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics.
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned activities.
