About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Principal Java Full Stack Developer with 1015 years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade e-commerce platforms within a high-velocity Agile environment.

This is a senior technical leadership role requiring strong hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and modern AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have production-proven expertise in Modern Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, Angular, Kafka, AWS/Azure, and Kubernetes, along with experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise e-commerce platforms.
- Drive technical excellence across both frontend and backend systems.
- Design and develop high-throughput microservices using Java 17/21+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, and Spring WebFlux.
- Build event-driven and real-time architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Lead contemporary UI development using both React and Angular.
- Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures and Module Federation.
- Integrate applications with Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) or comparable enterprise warehouse management platforms.
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs and enterprise integrations.




- Drive application performance, query optimization, memory tuning, and scalability.
- Implement application observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitOps.
- Evaluate and integrate Generative AI / LLM capabilities to improve developer productivity and customer experiences.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor senior engineers, and contribute to engineering roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and engineering teams.
- Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and engineering best practices.
