Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior projects, ensuring work is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to manage schedules, resources, and site workflows.

Responsibilities include supervising trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum and partition work, monitoring progress against project timelines, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The role also requires verifying material quality and quantities, maintaining site documentation and reports,



and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision skills, including coordination of multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum work, partitions, civil work) and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, and technical documents, ensuring accurate execution on site.
- Experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with project teams, vendors, clients, and in office workforce.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges, technical issues, and design-related clarifications.
- Familiarity with commercial interior projects such as offices, retail stores, hospitality spaces, and institutional environments.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and project documentation tools.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in interior site supervision.
- Prior experience in interior contracting firms or similar organizations in Mumbai or major urban markets is preferred.
