We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior design and execution projects. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of interior fit-out works, site coordination, labour management, material planning, and quality control.

The ideal candidate should be able to read interior drawings, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time with the required quality standards.

- Supervise daily interior execution activities at residential and commercial project sites.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, ceiling workers, and other subcontractors.
- Read and understand interior design drawings, working drawings, and furniture layouts.
- Take accurate site measurements and coordinate with the design team.
- Supervise modular furniture installation, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units, false ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting,



and other interior finishing works.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, material usage, and wastage.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, clients, and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Inspect completed work, identify defects, and coordinate snag-list rectification before handover.

Pay: ₹10,156.54 - ₹30,409.29 per month
