Role Description The Interior Project Executive is responsible for overseeing interior design projects from planning through execution at the on-site location in Jaipur. This full-time role includes coordinating with clients to understand requirements, preparing project plans, and collaborating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising site work, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and resolving on-site issues.

The Interior Project

Executive will also manage procurement of materials,



maintain explicit documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with the design team to translate design concepts into practical solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and site management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and vendor coordination.

- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction processes relevant to residential and commercial projects.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and stakeholder reporting.

- Proficiency with basic office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software); familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery on site.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Prior experience in interior project execution or site supervision will be considered an asset.
