Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and participating in space planning for residential and commercial. The role involves creating design presentations, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and producing detailed drawings in alignment with project requirements and timelines.

The Interior

Designer will support the development of construction drawings, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure that design intent is maintained through execution. Regular client interactions, site visits, and documentation tasks are part of this role, along with contributing ideas that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills,



with experience developing functional and aesthetically coherent layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and the ability to collaborate effectively with architectural teams.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and coordination.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes aligned with project concepts.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective client communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio workplace.
