- Wardrobes Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Store Manager / Design Manager Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home interior solutions. The role is a combination of Design + Customer Management + Sales , where the candidate will be responsible for managing customers from initial briefing through design presentations, M1/M2 meetings, BOQ, negotiation, and final conversion. The candidate should have a strong commercial mindset and be comfortable working against monthly revenue, conversion, meeting, and order-value targets . Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management &
- Customer BriefingTake ownership of assigned leads from the first interaction until conversion. Connect with customers within defined TAT and conduct detailed requirement briefing. Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, timeline, and scope of work. Ensure 100% quality briefing is completed and accurately updated in the CRM. Qualify leads based on project readiness, budget, scope, and buying intent. Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended

- M1 &
- M2 Meeting ManagementSchedule and conduct M1 meetings with qualified customers within the defined timeline. Convert M1 meetings into meaningful design discussions and progress customers towards M2. Conduct M2 meetings with well-prepared designs, layouts, specifications, and commercial proposals. Drive customer decision-making through effective design presentations and solution selling. Maintain high M1-to-M2 progression and meeting-to-order conversion.

- Design &

- Solution SellingDevelop 2D/3D designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms,



and other home interior requirements. Create designs based on customer requirements while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget. Present design concepts professionally and explain materials, finishes, accessories, hardware, and functionality. Use design as a tool to demonstrate value and drive customer conversion. Recommend relevant upgrades and additional solutions to increase the overall project scope and ticket size.

- BOQ &

- Commercial ManagementPrepare accurate and detailed BOQs and quotations based on approved designs. Ensure there are no major discrepancies between design, BOQ, and final scope. Explain BOQ, pricing, materials, specifications, and inclusions/exclusions clearly to customers. Manage design revisions while protecting project commercials and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility. Drive closure of commercial discussions and obtain customer confirmation/approvals.

- Sales Conversion &

- Revenue AchievementTake ownership of lead-to-order conversion and monthly revenue targets.

Drive customers through the complete sales funnel: Lead → Briefing → M1 → M2 → BOQ → Negotiation → Booking/Order Identify customer objections and provide effective design and commercial solutions. Follow up systematically with customers until closure. Achieve defined conversion %, revenue, booking, and order-value targets . Focus on improving conversion at every stage of the funnel.

Maximize Average Order

Value (AOV) through upselling and cross-selling. Generate additional business opportunities from existing customers and references.

- Customer ExperienceAct as the primary design point of contact for assigned customers. Build trust and establish solid customer relationships. Ensure timely communication and regular updates. Manage customer expectations regarding design, pricing, timelines, and scope. Ensure a smooth transition from sales/design to execution. Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
