We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Interior Designer with strong technical drafting skills and proven experience in site supervision. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and flawless on-site execution. You will be responsible for producing accurate working drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that designs are brought to life according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drafting &
- Documentation

- Working Drawings: Prepare comprehensive and precise 2D construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery/millwork drawings.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize software such as AutoCAD &
- SketchUp, to create and revise technical layouts.

- Design Coordination: Translate concept designs and mood boards into buildable technical packages for contractors and fabricators.

1. Site Supervision &
- Execution

- In office Quality Control:



Regularly visit project sites to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

- Contractor Management: Coordinate with civil teams, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and specialized vendors on-site.

- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site technical challenges, discrepancies, or design clashes proactively.

- Progress Tracking: Maintain site logs, monitor workmanship quality, and ensure safety standards are strictly followed.

- Project Management

- Material Sourcing: Assist in sourcing finishes, hardware, fixtures, and furniture samples that align with project budgets and aesthetics.

- Timeline Support: Help track project milestones and coordinate material deliveries to prevent site delays.
