Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, coordinating design intent, and overseeing execution on site. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design proposals, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and the internal design team.

The Project

Manager will track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensure furniture and finishes are aligned with design specifications, and resolve on-site issues promptly. This role also involves regular site visits,



reporting project status to stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Robust Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings, and collaborate effectively with contractors and vendors.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection and coordination, including finishes, materials, and ergonomic considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing residential interior projects, preferably in a fast-paced design or construction environment.
- Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work on site in Bengaluru, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
