- Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Handle guest requests and escalate complaints or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with events, meetings, conferences, and banquet functions when required.




- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain qualified communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
