Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Verification & Eligibility Executive with knowledge of US Healthcare processes to verify patient insurance coverage, perks, and eligibility accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and active coverage.
- Check benefits, deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket details.
- Verify coverage for specific services and procedures.
- Contact insurance payers through calls and online portals.
- Review and validate patient demographic and insurance information.
- Update eligibility and perks details accurately in EHR/EMR or billing systems.
- Identify coverage issues and communicate discrepancies to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Required Skills & Experience





- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare / Insurance Verification / Eligibility.
- Good understanding of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
- Experience with insurance portals and payer calls.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR or medical billing systems.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in US/night shifts.
