Key Responsibilities

- Review and understand claim queries raised by TPAs/Insurers.
- Identify and segregate the exact documents required against each query.
- Contact users and collect the required documents within the defined TAT.
- Follow up on pending/partial documents and maintain accurate remarks.
- Verify the documents received and prepare the query document file.
- Attach the query letter and ensure the complete set is ready for submission.
- Coordinate courier/dispatch of the query file to the concerned TPA/insurer.
- Maintain query trackers and update the status of every case.
- Handle reconsideration/justification-related document requirements wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely closure of pending queries and escalate cases requiring intervention.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and/or Kannada will be an added advantage.

Job Details

- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
- Work Mode: In office
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
