Role Overview: The Insurance and DSA BDM will be responsible for driving insurance and DSA inflows to all myTVS outlets across respective locations. This is a high-impact sales role that requires robust relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and excellent coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Insurance and DSA Inflows:

- Strategically drive insurance-related business inflows through insurance companies and Agents/DSAs to myTVS outlets in respective locations, maximizing revenue generation through insurance partnerships.

1. Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and DSAs.




- Leverage these connections to secure consistent vehicle referrals to myTVS outlets.

1. Coordination with Outlets:

- Work closely with myTVS outlets to ensure timely delivery of reported vehicles to customers.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

1. Sales Focus:

- Focus on achieving monthly and quarterly insurance and DSA inflow targets.
- Develop strategies to enhance insurance-related sales and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in driving vehicle inflow to outlets/ multiband/ dealership, particularly within the automotive sector.
- Strong network with insurance companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding MS Excel and basic reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized with attention to detail, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
