Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Jamnagar and involves working directly with clients to understand their insurance needs.

The Insurance

Agent will meet with prospective and existing customers, explain policy options, provide quotes, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance providers. The role also involves conducting follow-ups, supporting claims-related questions, and participating in local business development activities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain products clearly and match policies to client needs.
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance-related advisory, including working with multiple carriers or product lines.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to support clients in understanding premiums, coverage limits, and long-term financial implications.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Relevant work experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field; prior experience in a client-facing role is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Jamnagar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or policy management systems; familiarity with standard office software.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
