Key Responsibilities

Identify and meet potential customers.

Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim process clearly.

Generate leads through referrals, personal contacts, and networking.

Complete customer documentation and assist with policy issuance.

Provide after-sales service, including renewals and policy servicing.

Build long-term customer relationships and achieve business targets. �
