Mechanical Engineer & Instrumentation Engineer Textile Company- Baddi

We are hiring both Freshers and Experienced Professionals for Mechanical Engineer and Instrumentation Engineer positions at a textile company.

1. INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Qualification:

- Freshers: B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experienced: B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Knowledge of Yokogawa DCS systems (critical requirement) and VFDs.
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or other continuous-process industries.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute instrumentation maintenance activities as per plant requirements.
- Ensure personnel safety and equipment safety during maintenance operations.
- Monitor and review preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation-related issues to ensure smooth plant operations.

2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualification:

- Freshers:



B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experienced: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Experience in the textile, petrochemical, chemical, or other continuous-process industries.
- Hands-on experience in the maintenance of rotary equipment, including centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, gear pumps, reactors, agitators, and blowers.
- Knowledge of inventory control and spare parts management for plant equipment.
- Ability to prepare maintenance schedules and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Plan and execute mechanical maintenance activities in coordination with the production and process teams.
- Hands-on experience in the maintenance of static equipment, including heat exchangers, evaporators, tanks, and scrubbers.
