As the education system integrates more and more technology and social media tools, they help to make the transition to more interactive programs

Roles and responsibilities:

- Design and develop instructional material for our global sales teams using set standards and processes 
- Perform and interpret needs analysis and translate the findings into actionable items 
- Independently develop entry and advanced-level courses for internal audiences 
- Plan, execute and evaluate complex projects  Utilize multimedia technology and eLearning authoring tools 
- Manage projects to a timeline, providing regular status updates 
- Drive impact through collaborative working relationships 
- Work with subject matter experts to prepare and enhance learning materials 
- Scope, design and develop instructor-led and digital content that is both engaging and informative 
- Organize and prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and function effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives 
- Stay up-to-date with training and education trends.
- Responsible for analyzing the training need, collecting and organizing the content, and defining the intended audience for the course.




- Content can be in the form of a video, eLearning module, PDF, Word doc, software application or PowerPoint.
- Conceptualize content outline & type of content needs based on the business need. 
- Create learning documents for the course, such as the Design Document and Storyboard, which will include formal outlines and audio scripts etc. 
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to gather information. 
- Experience in end-to-end content development [intake, requirements doc, creation, edit, launch]. 
- Valuable to have supply chain experience.  Proficient in design and development of graphics, infographics, tables, charts and process flows 
- Experience in creating content using E-learning and video documentation tools such as Camtasia 
- Experience in instructional design of training content, including design and development of interactive content authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate

Requirements Professionals Requirement:

- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree preferred 
- 4+ years of experience in instructional design or educational content development.
- Experience independently managing and delivering multiple projects at one time 
- Experience in scalable eLearning solutions 
- Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word proficiency 
- Experience consulting, relationship-management, and advocacy experience 
- Interpersonal communication and problem-solving experience 
- Experience in the design, development, implementation, and management of both online and instructor-led training solutions 
- Experience with design
