- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and organize content for instructional materials.
- Preferred: Develop interactive learning modules using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Support the review and quality assurance process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.
- Adapt existing learning materials for online delivery and optimize them for learner engagement.
- Conduct research to identify best practices and emerging trends in instructional design and eLearning technologies.
- Well-versed with Microsoft tools such as Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Well-versed with the use of AI for learning content development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
- Preferred proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
- Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools).
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous learning.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in eLearning.
- Experience with gamification and microlearning approaches.
