ROLE

Drive institutional sales and business development for SaarthiX across the assigned state. The role will initially focus on direct sales and will progressively involve building, training and managing a dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Build the Territory: Identify and develop colleges, universities and educational institutions across the assigned state.

· Build Relationships: Engage with Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Heads, TPOs and institutional management.

· Create a Predictable Pipeline: Develop and manage a healthy institutional sales pipeline using CRM and data-driven sales planning.

· Be the Face of SaarthiX: Present the SaarthiX vision and value proposition confidently to senior institutional stakeholders.

· Build the Team: As the territory expands, recruit,



coach and develop Sales/Business Development Executives.

· Drive Revenue: Own territory targets and continuously improve conversion, productivity and revenue.

Who We Are Looking For

· 2–8 years of B2B, Institutional Sales or Business Development experience.

· Experience in selling to colleges, universities, enterprises, or other institutional customers.

· Come from EdTech, SaaS, Education Services, ERP or B2B / B2C solutions.

· Enjoy meeting senior decision-makers and building long-term relationships.

· Confidently present, negotiate and close business.

· Comfortable owning a territory and working with ambitious revenue targets.

· Have experience building, mentoring, or managing sales teams—or aspire to take that responsibility.

· Willing to travel extensively across TamilNadu.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
