B. Qualification

- Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering

- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Wind Energy Projects

C. Working Base

- All India Basis / Project Wise

D. Salary Range

- ₹5.0 to ₹8.0 Lakh Per Annum

E. Candidate Working Experience Shall Include / Shall Be

- Supervise mechanical installation, erection, and assembly activities at project sites.

- Coordinate wind turbine erection, equipment installation, alignment, and integration works.

- Perform testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of wind turbines and associated systems.

- Verify equipment functionality, system performance, and operational readiness.

- Coordinate with OEM representatives, contractors, and project execution teams.

- Ensure installation and commissioning activities are carried out as per approved procedures, drawings, and checklists.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues during installation and commissioning phases.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

- Ensure proper usage of tools, tackles, cranes, and lifting equipment.

- Inspect mechanical components, lifting equipment, and site readiness before operations.

- Follow approved lifting plans, safety procedures, and project standards.

- Support system integration, final inspections, testing, and project handover activities.

- Prepare commissioning reports, installation records, test reports, checklists, and progress documentation.

- Ensure safe unloading, storage, handling, lifting, and shifting of project materials and equipment.

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

F. Job Profile





- Execute and supervise installation and commissioning activities for wind turbine systems.

- Ensure successful erection, testing, energization, commissioning, and performance validation of equipment.

- Coordinate with OEM, electrical, mechanical, civil, and contractor teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning activities.

- Maintain complete documentation of installation, testing, commissioning, and handover records.

- Support project completion and smooth transition to the Operations & Maintenance team.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HSE standards.

H. General Traits

- Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine installation and commissioning procedures.

- Hands-on field experience in mechanical erection, electrical testing, and commissioning activities.

- Good understanding of cranes, rigging practices, lifting operations, and safety requirements.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues independently.

- Robust coordination and communication skills with OEMs, contractors, and project teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

- Basic to moderate English communication skills with good reporting abilities.
