Role Description The Instagram Webinar Presenter and Host role is a remote position focused on planning, presenting, and moderating live sessions on Instagram. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing webinar content and talking points, hosting live sessions, engaging with attendees through Q&A; and chat, and maintaining a professional, energetic on-screen presence. The role also involves collaborating with the team to align webinar topics with broader content and program goals, promoting upcoming sessions on Instagram, and collecting audience feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications

- Strong on-camera communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently during live sessions.
- Experience hosting webinars, live streams, or workshops on Instagram or similar social media platforms.
- Ability to engage and moderate live audiences, manage Q&A;, and handle real-time feedback in a professional manner.
- Basic understanding of social media content planning, including structuring sessions, hooks, and calls to action.
- Comfort discussing topics related to work from home, global careers, digital skills, or personal branding (experience in these areas is an advantage).
- Reliable internet connection, suitable equipment for live video (camera, microphone, lighting), and a quiet, professional environment for hosting.
- Strong English speaking skills; additional language proficiency is a plus for global audiences.
- Ability to work independently, follow content guidelines, and collaborate with the team on schedules and topics.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, public speaking, or education-related roles is beneficial.
