What You'll Do
- Prospect and connect with Founders, CHROs & TA Heads
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email & other channels
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
- Understand customer hiring challenges and pitch SkillVeda
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Work directly with founders on GTM, sales strategy and closing
What We're Looking For:
- Freshers with strong communication and a hunger to sell are welcome
- OR 0–6 months of B2B SaaS / Inside Sales experience
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
- Persistent, ambitious and comfortable with targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
