Key Responsibilities

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements.
- Develop technical solutions where required.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Work with cross-functional SAP teams for integration requirements.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Prepare project documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Work in Agile/Waterfall project environments as applicable.
