- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product lines, including ingredients, perks, and usage instructions.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, counter sales, luxury sales, fashion apparel, perfumes & cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of skincare routines and basic anatomy related to facial treatments.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with diverse clientele.
