Preferred candidate profile

- Conduct on-field visits to identify and approach potential driver partners.
- Explain the company, its services, advantages, and earning opportunities to drivers.
- Onboard driver partners on the field, including documentation and app onboarding.
- Ensure drivers understand onboarding requirements, policies, and processes.
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate field data and daily reports using Excel and internal tools.
- Support and guide junior field staff, if assigned (team handling experience preferred).

Role & responsibilities

- Previous experience in field work / field sales / field operations is mandatory.
- Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
- Must be fluent in the local language; basic English/Hindi preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good local area knowledge (routes, transport hubs, driver hotspots).
- Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven roles.
