Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve Home Loan targets and grow business in assigned area.
- Handle branch operations, Managing team productivity, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to drive business expansion.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high levels of productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Home Loan sales (Required for Home Loan only).
- Solid understanding of target achievement principles and ability to set realistic goals.
- Team handling experience needed.
