Key Requirements

- Knowledge of interior site management (measurements, technical checking, installation) preferred
- Willingness to travel within territory (regular local travel involved)

Roles, Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Manage kitchen site supervision, including:
- Site measurements
- Technical checks (plumbing, electrical, civil, tiling)
- Overseeing installation

- Report site operation details regularly using Excel tools
- Manage carpenters:

- Training on kitchen and wardrobe installation
- Performance reviews and daily task supervision

- Manage contractor/vendors, including invoice processing and payments
- Handle customer/client queries and grievances
- Ensure customer satisfaction at each site and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
