To independently manage and supervise the refinery operations during the assigned shift, ensuring secure, efficient, and continuous production as per the approved production plan and quality standards.
The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for manpower deployment, process control, equipment performance, product quality, production output, process yield, housekeeping, safety, and timely shift reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
3 to 5 years in refinery/process operations, preferably in starch, glucose, liquid glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin, or allied food-processing industries.
