Are you an AR expert who loves streamlining the order-to-cash process and taking ownership of revenue recognition? Join our Finance team to keep our billing, collections, and subledgers running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full order-to-cash cycle, customer billing, and collections in Salesforce.

- Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, and unbilled revenue calculations.

- Reconcile AR subledgers to the GL and track key metrics like DSO.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of AR-focused accounting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel (pivots, lookups).

- Solid working knowledge of ASC 606.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA is a plus.

Option 2: Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable

Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable

Looking to take the lead on our procure-to-pay process? We are seeking a detail-oriented AP professional to manage invoice workflows, vendor payments, and month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee invoice intake, GL coding, 3-way matching, and approval routing.

- Execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and manage vendor relations.

- Prepare month-end AP accruals, subledger reconciliations, and annual 1099 tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of AP-focused accounting experience.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and advanced Excel.

- Robust problem-solving skills and vendor management experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA is a plus.
