- SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Integration
- SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
- HR ABAP Development & Enhancements
- Employee Master Data & Organizational Management
- SAP PI/PO, CPI Integration Knowledge
- Interface Development & Troubleshooting
- Reports, Forms, Conversions, User Exits & BAdIs
- SuccessFactors to SAP HCM Integration Experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support SAP HR ABAP solutions and integrations

• Implement and maintain SAP BIB integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

• Develop custom programs, interfaces, reports, and enhancements

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements

• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance
