Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage debt recovery operations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Conduct field visits to meet with customers, negotiate settlements, and resolve issues related to loan repayment.
- Process customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner while maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in banking collection or similar industry.
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust understanding of banking processes and regulations regarding loan disbursement and recovery procedures.
