Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws & regulations by implementing controls & governance mechanisms.
- Manage HR operations, including employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation & perks administration.
- Lead implementation projects related to HR systems (HRIS) and human resource information systems (HRMS).
- Develop and maintain reports using HR analytics tools to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
