Role & responsibilities

1. Production Reliability

- SKU Compliance (M&E; Controllable) in all lines
- Volume compliance (M&E; Controllable) in all lines with special attention to specific products
- Support NPD commercial production

Manufacturing Excellence

- CI (Continuos Improvement)

2. Implementation of best kaizens per quarter to be implemented

- SRM compliance to be greater than the percentage agreed for the products
- JH implementation as per road map & Tag closure compliance as per agreed norms
- Ensure compliance to Targeted Breakdown

3. System Compliance & Engagement-

- PM schedule adherences as per the road map plan
- Safety mitigation, machine compliance
- Responsible for Electrical /Mechanical/Utility up keeps in shifts

4. GMP Score Improvement & audit point closure

- GMP score .In Lollipop & Jelly over all line should be greater than 85%
- GMP Score Improvement & audit point closure plant

5, SHE & Legal

- Compliance to all Safety regulations
- Ensuring zero TRFR and LTA
- Ensuring no Major NC's from Reg authority on IMS/ FSSA
- 5SHE & Legal compliance to all Safety regulations5
