Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify B2B project leads across residential, commercial & institutional projects.
• Build relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Builders. (Develop a strong market presence)
• Drive product specifications in BOQs & Tenders.
• Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Track upcoming projects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

Requirements:




• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Specification Sales / B2B Project Sales.
• Experience in Building Materials / Construction Industry preferred.
• Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Builders in Jaipur preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
