Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DataStage Developer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and Control-M, and be capable of developing scalable ETL processes to support business-critical data initiatives. Experience with SAS Scripting, SAP BODS, and FCB Netezza/DataStage environments will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
- Develop and schedule batch processes and workflows using Control-M.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities across multiple data sources and target systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust ETL solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, performance, and production issues.
- Optimize DataStage jobs for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams to deliver data solutions.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Required Qualifications





- 6+ years of experience in Data Integration and ETL development.
- Solid hands-on experience with IBM DataStage.
- Strong experience with Control-M scheduling and job orchestration.
- Experience in SQL development, data analysis, and performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAS Scripting or SAP BODS.
- Experience working in FCB Netezza/DataStage environments.
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience working in large-scale production support environments.
