Open Positions: Assistant Manager / Manager Inside Sales

Shadowfax is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for our Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails and other channels.

Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.

¢ Pitch Shadowfax logistics and delivery solutions to prospective clients.

¢ Identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

¢ Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.

¢ Build and maintain robust client relationships.





¢ Coordinate with internal operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.

¢ Achieve assigned sales, revenue and conversion targets.

¢ Maintain accurate sales data and reports in Excel/CRM.

¢ For Manager-level candidates, lead and guide the Inside Sales team and monitor individual/team performance.

Requirements

¢ 2+ years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2B/B2C Sales, E-commerce or Logistics.

¢ Strong communication and convincing skills.

¢ Tamil and Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.

¢ Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

¢ Target-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

¢ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
